Mike’s coaching philosophy is one of understanding the athlete and their motivation to train, improve, and compete. Through this understanding, a rapport can be built with the athlete that will be the basis of their development. Achieving your best performance requires physical training as well mental strength. Through the use of the latest and most reliable fitness methodologies, the athlete will be able to train soundly and see improvement in themselves. Once the athlete has an understanding of the commitment, hard work, and self-reliance that it takes to achieve their maximum potential, they can apply those energies to their training and fulfill their goals.
