π§ͺ Supplement Spotlight: Bucked Up Essentials
To perform at your best, you need to fuel like a pro.
Here are our weekly picks from BuckedUp.com:
Electrolytes β Critical for hot, long sessions. Sip consistently on your rides. BCAAs β Protect muscles during strength and long endurance work. Ideal pre-/intra-workout. Protein Powder β Take within 30 minutes post-session for optimal recovery. Pre-Workout β Try BAMF or Woke AF (if you tolerate caffeine well).

π΄ Fueling Tips: What to Consume During Long Bike Rides

Proper fueling = stronger finishes and faster recovery. Hereβs what we recommend:
Every 10β15 min: Sip electrolytes (SaltStick, NUUN, or Bucked Up) Every 30β40 min: Alternate between solid fuel (waffle, banana) and liquid calories (gel or drink mix) Aim for 30β60g of carbs/hour depending on your intensity and heat
π Train your gut in training, not on race day!
