Thursday – Run – Downtown YMCA – 5:00 am
Friday – Run – Downtown YMCA – 5:00 am
Saturday – Swim/ Bike – Lucky’s Lake Swim – 7:30 am
Sunday – Run – Clary Road – 7:30 am
