- Location: UCF Research Parkway and Discovery Rd.
- Duration: 2 – 3 hours followed by a 20 min run
- Time: Roll out at 7:30 am please arrive 15 min prior to start.
Sunday
- Location: Baldwin Park
- Duration: 90 min to 120 min
- Time: 7:00 am
