Coach Competing this Week – Competing in NYC!

As some of you may know, I have a big competition this Saturday in New York City. As a result, I will have to leave early on Wednesday after the speed work. During the rest of the week, the assistant coaches will be leading the other workouts. I ask that you please show them the same respect and dedication that you would show me. Keep up the great work, team!
