Before we dive into this week’s training, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the athletes who raced this past weekend in Clermont: Michael C, Steve, and Brendan. Your hard work and dedication paid off, and your performances were truly inspiring. Well done on your achievements!
I would also like to take a moment to highlight the incredible event we had on Saturday at the Special Olympic Florida State Games – Triathlon Sport. All the athletes showcased their skills and determination, putting on an amazing display of athleticism and sportsmanship. It was a true testament to the power of our sport and the positive impact it has on individuals’ lives. Thank you to all who participated and supported this event.
