Week of November 20 – 26, 2023

Hello Central Florida Triathlon Club Team,

I hope this email finds you all in good health and high spirits. I wanted to take this opportunity to share some thoughts and reflections with all of you. As we continue to grow and evolve as a team, it is important to reconnect with our individual motivations, our “Why,” that drives us to pursue these challenging races.

Each one of you has witnessed my personal journey from being a triathlete to exploring bodybuilding and now fully committing myself to triathlons once again. Throughout this journey, I have consistently asked you all about your own reasons for participating in these races. Today, I want to encourage you to take a step back and truly remember your “Why.”

When people ask me about my motivation, do me a favor, take a moment and look in the mirror – you are my “Why“! My athletes are the reason behind my drive. Every morning, I wake up with enthusiasm, ready to give my best to each and every one of you. I wholeheartedly believe in your potential and I am dedicated to supporting you in achieving your personal best.

While it is natural to focus on physical transformations and race day results, let us not forget that our primary reason for engaging in this sport is our health. The pursuit of becoming the best versions of ourselves goes far beyond just the physical aspects. It encompasses our overall well-being and the commitment we make to take care of ourselves.

I completely understand that there will be days when the motivation wanes and the desire to work out diminishes. However, I want to emphasize the importance of prioritizing your health. If you find yourself making excuses to skip workouts or neglecting self-care, you are ultimately giving up on yourself.

So, I urge you all to reconnect with your “Why.” Remember that every workout, every training session, and every commitment you make to yourself is an investment in your own well-being. Embrace the opportunity to push beyond your limits, challenge yourself, and grow stronger, both physically and mentally.

Let’s make each workout count, not just for the sake of achieving a certain body or race result, but because we are taking care of ourselves. Together, as a team, we can inspire and motivate one another to stay committed, overcome obstacles, and reach new heights.

Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey. I am honored to train alongside each and every one of you. So tomorrow when I jump in the water in Cozumel, I will be thinking of you all the entire day.

Keep pushing forward, stay dedicated, and let’s continue to support and uplift one another.

Schedule – New Start Time!

All the best,
