Instead, let’s take pride in our accomplishments and experiences. Maybe this year, you’ve completed some amazing races or traveled to exciting places. So when faced with those critical comments, remember to stand tall and ask them, “What did you do this year?”

As we have a busy weekend, lets start on time as it is a Holiday Weekend:
Saturday – Esporta Goldenrod and Lee Vista-
- Time: 7 am meet / 7:15 am Roll out
- Duration: 2 – 3 hours / 30 min run after bike
- Ironman New Zealand – 3 hours / 30 min run
- Short Course & 70.3 Peru – 2 hours / 30 min run after bike
Sunday – Run on your own.
- Ironman New Zealand – 13 miles
- Fast finish the last 3 miles at tempo pace walk 20 sec every mile
- Short Course & 70.3 Peru – 8 – 10 miles
- Fast Finish the last 3 miles at Tempo Pace walk 20 sec every mile

We have secured Risa’s beautiful house in Celebration as the venue for this year’s holiday party. With its warm ambiance and festive decorations, it will provide the perfect backdrop for a night of celebration and joy.
To ensure that everyone has a delightful dining experience, we have partnered with Fresh & Co., a renowned catering service known for their culinary excellence. Indulge in a mouthwatering feast, featuring a delectable selection of dishes and refreshing beverages.
To help cover the costs of the catering service, we kindly request a small donation of $20 per person. Your contribution will go a long way in ensuring that we can provide a memorable evening for all attendees. Please RSVP and make your donation via Venmo to @Hectortricoach or through Zelle using my phone number [321-443-0073]. In the notes section, kindly include your name and the number of people attending. Your support is greatly appreciated.
