Hello Team,
It’s Thanksgiving week! I know many of you might be traveling and spending time with family. While enjoying the festivities, please be mindful of your consumption. The average American tends to gain 10 to 15 pounds from Thanksgiving until January 1st, so let’s stay on track with our goals.
Congratulations
A big congratulations to our first-time Ironman participant, Nate Karabensh. He did an amazing job! Congratulations to Hardik Patil for completing IM #34 and our Coach for completing #35. The weather was perfect, though the wind gods of the island were blowing fiercely on one part, and the sun was relentless during the run. We’re incredibly proud of you!

Schedule
Please review the schedule for this week, and I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.

Here’s a motivational quote to keep you inspired:
“The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.”
Benefits of a Plant Based Diet

Additionally, I want to highlight the benefits of a plant-based diet:
- Improved Heart Health: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains can lower the risk of heart disease by reducing cholesterol levels and improving blood pressure.
- Enhanced Weight Management: Plant-based diets are typically lower in calories and high in fiber, which can aid in weight loss and help maintain a healthy weight.
- Increased Energy Levels: The high nutrient density of plant-based foods provides sustained energy, helping you perform better in training and daily activities.
