It’s a celebration of resilience, preparation, and the triathlon community. We are hosting a Breakthrough Training Camp this weekend. This camp will help athletes fine-tune their performance. It will also build their confidence for race day.
This weekend is packed with opportunities. Whether you’re racing alongside us or looking to elevate your training, you can challenge yourself. You can learn and connect with like-minded athletes.
Breakthrough Training Camp & Weekend Agenda

Friday, March 14
- 11:00 AM – Brick Workout at Lake Louisa
Join us for a 2.5-hour bike/run session designed to simulate race-day conditions and build endurance. This is the perfect opportunity to practice transitions and pacing. - 4:00 PM – Swim Video Analysis
Get personalized feedback to improve your swim form and efficiency. This session will help you shave precious seconds off your time in the water.
Saturday, March 15
- 7:30 AM – Lucky’s Lake Swim + 10K Run
Start the day with two crossings at Lucky’s Lake, followed by a 10K run. Don’t forget your wetsuit and running shoes! This session focuses on open-water confidence and endurance. - 1:00 PM – Special Olympics at Downtown YMCA
Let’s give back and support the incredible athletes participating in the Special Olympics. - 4:00 PM – Swim Session at Downtown YMCA
Fine-tune your technique and build your swim stamina with a focused session in the pool.
Sunday, March 16
- 8:00 AM – Brick Workout at Lake Louisa State Park
We’ll roll out at 8:15 AM sharp for another bike/run session. This is your chance to practice pacing and transitions under race-like conditions. - 2:30 PM – Roses for Care Community Event
