Team,

As we head into Thanksgiving week, our schedule will look a little differentβ€”but the focus remains the same: building strength, consistency, and discipline during this crucial phase of the off-season.

I’m excited to roll out new treadmill Zoom workouts this week to help sharpen your run form, build durability, and maximize your training before the holiday rush. These sessions are designed to push you strategically while keeping the workouts safe and structured.

Please review the full schedule below and do your best to join the sessions you can. This is where we lay the foundation for a great 2026 season.

This Week’s Focus

We are officially shifting deeper into the off-season strength and durability phase. Expect more:

  • Treadmill form-focused workouts
  • Controlled bike sessions
  • Strength and mobility integrated into run and track workouts
  • Higher focus on building strong patterns before we add volume

This is where champions are builtβ€”not by going harder, but by training smarter.

If you have any questions, reach out. I’m excited to spend this week training with you all and keeping our momentum strong through the holiday.

Let’s keep pushing forwardβ€”strong, smart, and consistent.
