As we close out another powerful week of training and head into the holiday season, I want to take a moment to recognize the strength, dedication, and spirit each of you brings to this club. Your commitment—early morning swims, late-day sessions, virtual rides, and disciplined running—continues to elevate the standard of what it means to be part of the Central Florida Tri Club.

A huge congratulations goes out to our athletes who raced this weekend:
James, Abigail, Susan, Henry, Kelli, Pedro, and Wynne.
Your hard work, resilience, and execution on race day make all of us proud. Thank you for representing the team with determination and heart.

As we move into this week filled with both training and celebration, remember to stay consistent, support one another, and enjoy the journey. We have built something truly special here—an environment where athletes push limits, lift each other up, and grow together.

I look forward to seeing you at training and celebrating with all of you at our Holiday Party on Friday night. Let’s finish the year strong—focused, grateful, and ready for everything ahead.
