I hope this message finds you well and filled with excitement for the upcoming weekend! We have a fantastic lineup for the IRONMAN 70.3 Gulf Coast in Panama City Beach, where we’ll be cheering on our incredible athletes: Michael Melton, Lyndsay, Dean, and Josh W. Your dedication and hard work truly inspire us all!
Saturday – Bike
For those of us back in Orlando, we have a special group ride planned for Saturday. We will be gathering at the parking garage of Advanced Cycles located at 436/Lee Vista. The session will be expertly led by Coach Don, so please ensure to follow his instructions to maximize the benefits of the session.
- Arrival time is at 7 AM
- Rollout at 7:15 AM.
- Duration: 2-3 hours / 20 min run after bike
Sunday – Mother’s Day
As Sunday coincides with Mother’s Day, I encourage each and every one of you to not only dedicate your run to this special day but also take the time to show appreciation to the amazing mothers and wives in your life. A thoughtful gesture like making breakfast can go a long way in expressing gratitude and love.
