Coach Roberto, renowned for his motivational guidance, will lead the ride at precisely 6:30 am. This session is perfect for cyclists of all levels aiming to enhance their skills and endurance. Before setting out, you’ll discuss the route and strategies, making sure everyone is prepared.

One of the highlights is the participation of Special Olympic Athletes, showcasing incredible determination and sportsmanship. Their presence brings a unique energy and inspiration to the event. Age Groupers will also compete, pushing their limits and striving for personal bests. The race offers both triathlon sprint / olympic distance. It also includes aqua bike, duathlon, and 5k running options. These options cater to a wide range of fitness levels and interests. Central Florida Tri Club’s coaching team, including Jeff, will be on-site providing support and motivation. This event is not just about competition; it’s a celebration of endurance, community, and the relentless spirit of athletes. Join us to witness and cheer on these inspiring performances.
