Dear CFL Tri Club Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my heartfelt congratulations on the tremendous success we achieved at the Ironman 70.3 North Carolina this past weekend. Despite the chilly morning weather, each of you pushed through and demonstrated remarkable perseverance.
It’s important to remember that our journey is not just about Race Day. Our true strength lies in our dedication on the days when getting out of bed feels like a challenge, when training sessions don’t go as planned, or when injuries test our resolve. Yet, we continue to push through, and your efforts have truly paid off.
I am incredibly proud of each of you for your performance on Race Day. Your hard work and dedication are truly inspiring.
Enclosed, you’ll find the schedule for the upcoming week. You can view it:

Please note that I’ll be out of town attending the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, where we have Beimal racing.
During my absence, Coach Michelle will lead Tuesday and Wednesday sessions, while Coach Jeff will oversee Thursday and Saturday’s bike rides. I’ll also post the swim workouts and the long run planned for this weekend.
Once again, I’m extremely proud of everyone for their dedication and hard work. Keep up the fantastic work, and let’s continue to strive for excellence together.
Best regards,
Hector Torres
