This is one of the biggest amateur races in the country—and we’ve got CFTC athletes headed north to compete with the best! Whether you’re racing or spectating, cheer on our crew representing Central Florida on a national stage.
- Sprint Distance: August 10 – REVISED
- Olympic Distance: August 9 – REVISED
Tip: Weather in Milwaukee can be variable. Pack for cool mornings and mid-70s midday highs. Bring your nutrition and gear dialed in—you’re going to need it!
🏁 Road to 70.3: Augusta & Wilmington

Ironman 70.3 Augusta & Wilmington
Both events are fast approaching:
- Ironman 70.3 Augusta – September 28
➤ Downstream swim, flat bike, but hot/humid run—train for heat adaptation. - Ironman 70.3 Wilmington – October 25
➤ Slightly cooler temps, but windy bike and choppy water can test your pacing and positioning.
We’ll be providing tailored long brick sessions and heat-specific training tips weekly.
